AirAsia Revamps its One-Click Payment System

9th Nov 2016

Malaysian low-budget carrier AirAsia has announced a new, revamped one-click payment system thanks to which its BIG members will have a much easier time using and storing debit and credit card information on airasia.com and AirAsia mobile app.

The new payment system, called Xpress Pay, will replace BIG Pay. It accepts all major debit and credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.

To celebrate the new Xpress Pay, AirAsia announced a new promotional offer, starting on 8th November:

To celebrate the enhanced Xpress Pay, AirAsia is giving away 100 BIG Points to all new and existing AirAsia BIG Members who add at least one card to their account.

With the new system, members will have access to a quicker checkout and will also be able to grab promotional fares easier, said AirAsia in a statement. All the customer will have to do is pick one pre-stored card (customers can have up to 10 pre-stored cards) and enter the Card Verification Value (CVV) in order to complete a purchase.

AirAsia BIG members will also no longer need to enter their details every time they are buying flight fares.
