AirAsia, AirAsia X Offer 20% off On All Flights Across the Network

Malaysian carrier AirAsia and its subsidiary AirAsia X are both offering a 20% discount to their passengers on flights to over 120 destinations in 24 countries. Customers can get the special promo between 11^th and 17^th July and use it during the travel period between 18^th July and 24^th November, 2016.

The promo is available for all AirAsia and AirAsia X flights with the following flight codes: AK (AirAsia Malaysia) D7 (Malaysia AirAsia X), I5 (AirAsia India), FD (Thai AirAsia) XJ (Thai AirAsia X) Z2 (AirAsia Philippines) and QZ (AirAsia Indonesia).

Double BIG Points by Booking on airasia.com or Redeem on airasiabig.com

During the promo period, members of AirAsia BIG will be able to earn double BIG points if they book their promo seats via AirAsia’s website at airasia.com, or if they redeem on airasiabig.com. However, this offer doesn’t apply to Malaysia AirAsia X flights with code D7.

In addition, passengers will be able to seamlessly connect to any of their chosen destination in the AirAsia network thanks to Fly-Thru service via several transit hubs, thus saving time on passport immigration and baggage checking through to their final destination.

Chief Executive Officer of Thai AirAsia Mr Tassapon Bijleveld said the following about the promo:

We are pleased to offer 20% discount on all seats across all our flights, including our newly launched routes such as directly flight to Shantou, and Vientiane, as well as for Thai AirAsia X, the direct flight to Muscat, the capital of Oman and Tehran, the capital of Iran.

The carriers have also advised their customers to go online to pre-book their baggage allowance when booking flights. Passengers will also have the option to pre-book or add extra baggage allowance via AirAsia website up to 4 hours before their flight is scheduled to depart by using Manage My Booking option on the site.
